Job Description

We are seeking a detailed oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager(s) to better manage our customers in order to maximize sales of our products.

This is an entry - mid level position with opportunity for growth. The sales support specialist will work closely with the Key Account Manager(s) to report and also to receive guidance/direction. Majority will be done in an office environment. Ideal candidate is 1 ~ 3 years experience in sales support roles.

The successful candidate will be expected to assist in managing and developing regional/national accounts in the natural, grocery & mass channel. This person may over time, be expected to directly communicate to retail buyers and/or their broker partners from promotional planning, scheduling orders/deliveries, to new product launches etc. He/She is also expected to become proficient in the knowledge of Korean Red Ginseng products and be able to convey that knowledge to our trade partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales operations across major retail channels, including Costco, Walmart, Sprouts, and leading Asian retailers such as H Mart, 99 Ranch and others.
  • Coordinate order processing and collaborate with internal teams (SCM, marketing) to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues related to shipments, product setup, and retail operations
  • Participate in new product submissions, launches, and retail placements
  • Assist in developing and distributing sales & marketing materials, including presentations, product sheets, and samples
  • Support promotional planning and execution across retail channels
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve result in a multi-tasking sales environment

Required Skills/Characteristics

  • 1-3 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in food or supplement, but not required
  • Knowledge of mainstream retail channels and distributor/broker management preferred, but not required. Will train.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Ability to manage multi-tasking working environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and self-driven with a proactive attitude
