Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
Mandatory: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Location: Orange County, Los Angeles & Inland Empire, CA
Job Type: Part-Time (Full-Time Opportunity Available)
Pay: $17–$22 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team within a wireless retail environment. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting and enrolling in Spectrum services, including Internet, TV, Mobile, and Home Security.
This is a sales-driven position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.

We are looking for someone energetic, outgoing, and proactive. You are comfortable approaching customers both in-store and in the community, enjoy sales, build trust quickly, and are driven to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with selecting and signing up for Spectrum services
- Educate customers on Internet, TV, Mobile, and Home Security solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Participate in in-store promotions and events
- Conduct local outreach, including visiting nearby businesses and distributing marketing materials to generate leads
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends as needed
