ZMC Group Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in toys and general merchandise and are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Prepare invoices and maintain order records using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide product pricing and prepare product samples for customers.
- Welcome and assist visiting customers.
- Verify orders and merchandise before shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Send emails and product pictures to customers.
- Participate in the ASD Trade Show twice a year.
- Perform other general office and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Customer service or office experience is preferred.
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
