Capital City Concepts is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as AT&T Customer Enrollment Associate. As a trusted AT&T partner, we handle in-person, face-to-face sales and customer enrollments directly at customers’ residences. You’ll be presenting and enrolling customers into AT&T’s cutting-edge fiber internet and wireless products, helping families upgrade their home connectivity with the most reliable technology on the market.

Responsibilities of a AT&T Customer Enrollment Associate

  • Engage directly with potential customers to present and explain the benefits of AT&T's latest fiber internet, television, and wireless services.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.
  • Master our comprehensive sales process, from initial contact to successful customer enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Participate actively in daily team meetings and training sessions to continuously refine sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, utilizing our CRM system to track progress and contribute to team goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a supportive and high-achieving sales culture.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and professional brand ambassador for both Capital City Concepts and AT&T, upholding our high standards of integrity and customer service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position AT&T's services as the superior choice for consumers.

Qualifications of a AT&T Customer Enrollment Associate

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with a diverse range of people.
  • A strong desire to learn and a positive, coachable attitude, with the resilience to handle objections and challenges.
  • A self-starter with an unwavering work ethic and a competitive spirit, driven by the desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required we provide all the training you need to succeed.
  • The ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a fast-paced team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation is essential, as this role involves direct customer interaction in various locations.
