Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with smartphones, mobile technology, wireless services, and accessories is a plus
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales techniques is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations
- Experience with sales goals, commission-based environments, or upselling is an asset
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for technology will help you succeed in this dynamic retail role
