As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will be leading from the front by actively engaging residential customers within the Orange County market to drive sales before transitioning to guiding team members toward hitting aggressive targets. The duties of an Entry Level Assistant Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Engage residential customers to present and sell AT&T wireless phones and plans
- Conduct in-person consultations and close new customer accounts
- Generate and manage sales leads within assigned territories
- Consistently exceed personal sales quotas and performance benchmarks
- Assist in training and mentoring entry-level sales associates
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve results
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts as needed
- Lead by example in professionalism, competitiveness, and work ethic
